I am going to start by breathing a GIANT sigh of relief! This sweet couple’s engagement session location at Cades Cove was literally surrounded by rain. The night before our time together, radar said it was going to be windy and pouring in the smokies, but since rescheduling was going to be hard, I prayed for no rain and thankful it was raining literally everywhere surrounding Cades Cove, but not one drop in it!
I know I know, March in the Smokys can be tricky. But this cloudy early spring day was literally perfect to photograph Taylor and Calebs Cades Cove engagement photos!
We didn’t see any bears at Cades Cove… But…
We did see quite a few turkeys, a deer, and a coyote! So I would say we scored in the wildlife department! Seriously though, hanging out with these two was truly so much fun! I think my favorite part was the fact that there was barely anyone there! Besides a few people (and a random truck that kept driving past us 😂) we had all the wide open spaces to ourselves. It was truly magical.
