Downtown St Augustine Engagement Session
The first time I spoke to Kate on the phone it was short and to the point. I loved her super relaxed attitude and knew she would be such an amazing bride to work with! They are getting married in Historic St. Augustine later this year and it felt so fitting to incorporate St Augustine with their engagement photos too!
Walking Around St Augustine
I had so much fun getting to know these two while we were walking around downtown. You wouldn’t know it because of how cute they are, but Mike was not all that excited to be in front of the camera! I am 99.9% certain that I won him over by the end of their engagement session ๐
Heading To The Beach
After we walked around for a bit, Mike and Kate changed outfits and we headed for the beach. Not going to lie, I was pretty nervous because we heard lots of thunder while we were downtown. Miraculously, the storm had passed over the beach by the time we got there! So not a bit of thunder in earshot, woohoo!
These two had the absolute sweetest laid-back energy that was such a joy to photograph. They just went with the flow and were super open to everything I asked (I love love that!) Thier fall wedding is going to be truly so amazing, so stay tuned!
